I was given one of these portable generators a few months back and got it running again. It just needed a good carburetor cleaning, air filter, and fuel tank cleaning. She ran great and produced power. I just need to replace the fuel tank vibration mounts and she is good to go. Should be a nice backup if we ever lose power to the house but its very noisy.
Gene, your model was built in Upland, Indiana prior to Winco buying Winpower, and moving it to Le Center, Minnesota. We did not receive parts for your model when we acquired Winpower generators. Unfortunately we do not have parts support for your model.
I also have a Winpower 5000RE. It has stopped producing power and I was trying to find parts( brushes, AVR). Do you have part numbers or supplier Thanks
