I have a Winco PSS122H and sdI need to reset the exersize time, but I could not find the clock to change it. Where is it?

My PSS12H Generator is three years old, but only has about eight hours on it. Earlier this year when I atarted it, it would run for about 10 seconds and then cut off but when restarted it, it ran well. Last week, I started it eight times and each time it ran for 10 seconds, then shut off. I could not keep it on. It would go through the same restart each time which tells me it has fuel. I checked the oil on the engine and it is fine. Other ideas?
Please advise.
