Dee, I believe you would need parts for your transfer switch not the generator. You can use our “Dealer Locator” to find your closest Winco Service Dealer for parts and repairs. Otherwise you can order parts directly from Winco by calling our Parts Department @ 507-357-8332. Please have the model and serial number of the product when calling.
