      Kevin,

Thanks for your inquiry. The receptacle is a part # 60960-000. It costs $5 each and there are two on your unit. We do have a $25 minimum on parts orders. Please call our Service Department @ 507-357-6831 if you wish to order the part(s).

Cleaner Carpets by George, Unfortunately that model is no longer in production and we don’t currently have the ability to order from our website. You can look under our products for two-bearing generators that may work for your application. Our Sales Department is always ready to help identify a generator for your needs. You can call them @ 800-733-2112.

Hello Melissa, this model has been discontinued. We do have the TB2400 available. It is a comparable to the 2FS, but does not have the same foot print. If you would like more information, please contact one of our sales reps at 507-357-6821.

  6. Question

    Harald

When spun up, AC O/P only measures around 3.5VAC … the manual suggests a 12VDC Flash across Field is required … there are 3 terminals in the housing with N as the center … so what specifically is this procedure asking to do?

Harold, you can momentarily insert the wires from a 12VDC battery into one of the receptacles while it is at operating speed. Positive of the battery to the receptacle hot (smaller) slot, and negative of the battery to the receptacle neutral (larger) slot. Only insert the wires for a second and pull them out. It should arc and restore 120 VAC to that receptacle if all components of the generator are good.

Kimberly, I spoke with you this morning concerning this obsolete product. A similar product would be our TB2400. Look under products / Two-Bearing for that model. Then you can use our “Dealer Locator” to get a quote from a Winco Dealer.
