Rosalie, please call our Parts Department at 507-357-8332 to order parts. FYI, the 3-wire plug is obsolete and replaced with the 4-wire plug. It will work and will plug into the original 3-wire receptacle. You will just have an extra contact in the plug kit that you will not use.

  2. Question

    Gregory Driscoll

Have a 25PTOC-3E generator that is used sparingly when the power is out. Could be as long as a week at a time, though. The voltage vs the frequency is seemingly
rising at each use. To get it at 60Hz, it is requiring 126-128V. Is there a way to adjust this unit to bring the voltage closer to the standard 115-120V at 60Hz?

Gregory, that is normal voltage for your model. The voltage will come down as you load the generator. Ideally you want 120 volts and 60 Hertz at half-load.
