Hey Anny,
Unfortunately, we don’t have any relationship with Katolight generators. They are a separate company that manufactured generators about 25 miles away from us. They were purchased by MTU Onsite Energy and you would have to work through their support network to get some help. Their website is: https://www.mtuonsiteenergy.com/home/

Hi Boris. The Basler DGC-500 is obsolete from Basler. You will need to contact On Site Energy to see if they have a conversion for your Katolight generator. They are the company that bought Katolight. Here is a link to contact them. https://www.mtuonsiteenergy.com/home/

Hello Derick,
Yes, you will need to download the program from Basler to make the change.
Once you have the program, you can hook up to the DGC500 and change the shutdown parameters.
To download, go to https://www.basler.com/Services/Product-Support-and-Services
Pick the downloads tab.
At this point you will need to sign up for a user name and password.
