Hobbies: Camping, our hobby farm

Q: How long have you been at WINCO?
A: 5 months

Q: Tell me about your family.
A: My husband, Mike, and I have been married for two years. We have a daughter Riley, who will soon become a big sister. We are expecting a little girl.

A: We have pigs, chickens, dogs, kittens, cows, and crops.

A: We go anywhere. Mostly, we like to go to Winona and Pioneer Power. We usually go camping twice a year.

Get to Know WINCO – Summer Crew

This summer, high school students from surrounding schools used their summer break to work for us.

Let’s meet them!

Name: Dante Juberian
Hobbies: Running, gaming, technology

Q: What grade are you going into?
A: I will be starting my Senior year.

Q: Do you run for your school?
A: Yes, I run cross country and track. We went to State last season and I got 14th place.

Q: What kind of technology do you like?
A: PlayStation, Xbox, and Apple gadgets.

Q: Any plans for after High School?
A: I want to go to college, not sure what I want to major in.

Q: How are you liking WINCO?
A: I like it. Everyone is nice and I like that I get to do different things everyday.

Name: Zach Gargett
Hobbies: Sports, my old car, gaming

Q: What grade are you going into?
A: I am going into my Senior year.

Q: What kind of old car do you have?
A: It is a 2009 Pontiac G8

Q: What sports do you like?
A: Hockey and football.

Q: Any plans for after High School?
A: Not sure, I do want to go to college.

Q: How are you liking WINCO?
A: Same as Dante, I like it. We get to do different things every day and people are nice here.

Name: Katelyn Call
Hobbies: Drawing, video games, watching TV, sleeping, reading, writing

Q: What grade are you going into?
A: I am starting my Freshman year.

Q: What do you like to write?
A: Fantasy/fiction stories.

Q: I heard you like Anime, what is your favorite?
A: Saiki K at the moment.

Q: Any plans for after High School?
A: Not sure yet.

Q: How are you liking WINCO?
A: This is my first job. I like it, people are cool. I have been working as a material handler and picking parts.

Name: Janik Wagner
Hobbies: Gaming, working around the house, water sports, drawing, running.

A: I am going into my Senior year.

Q: Do you run for your school?
A: Yes, track and cross country.

Q: Any plans for after High School?
A: I want to go to college, probably get a business degree.

Q: How are you liking WINCO?
A: It is a good environment and good work experience. I liked working in maintenance the most.

Get to Know WINCO – Andrew

Name: Andrew Gullicks
Department: Sales
Hobbies: Cooking, movies, traveling, golfing, video games

Q: How long have you been at WINCO?
A: 7 months

Q: Tell me about your family.
A: My wife, Jenna, and I got married 6 months ago. We have two dogs, Mikko and Moose

Q: What is your favorite thing to cook?
A: Right now we really like to cook Asian cuisine – Pad Thais. We are also working on creating the perfect fried chicken.

Q: What video games do you play?
A: Call of Duty, Apex Legends, League of Legends

Q: I hear you moved close to work.
A: We moved from the cities to Le Center in October. My commute is only 40 seconds.

FUN FACT: Andrew lived in Nashville for five years.

Q:Where do you like to travel?
A: Our favorite places are Omaha and Boston.

Get to Know WINCO – Jacob

WINCO is a family-owned business with almost 80 employees. We thought it would be great to meet them!

Name: Jacob Holicky
Title: Production Supervisor
Hobbies: Ice fishing, hunting, hanging out with family

Q: How long have you been at WINCO?
A: It will be 4 years in July

Q: Tell me about your family
A: My wife, Julie and I have been married 13 years. We have 4 children, Rachel, Parker, Raelynn, and Aiden.

Q: What lakes do you like to ice fish on?
A: Red Lake, Lake Winnibigoshish, and a couple secret local lakes later in the season.

Q: What type of hunting do you do?
A: I used to go duck hunting. Now, I focus on deer.

Q: Do you have a good spot for hunting?
A: I hunt on the family farm land.

Q: What else does your family like to do?
A: We like to go camping, watch movies, and we have game/family nights.

Get to Know WINCO – Brandon

Name: Brandon DePolis
Title: Sales Manager
Hobbies: Hanging out with family, golfing, snowmobiling, going to concerts and working out.

Q: How long have you been at WINCO?
A: 6 months

Q: Tell me about your family.
A I’ve been married to my wife, Rachel, for 9 years.
We have a son, Gavyn who is 6 and a daughter, Lauren who will turn 3 soon.

Q: Do you play golf for leisure or competitively?
A: Both. Every year my team plays in the Wolfhound Golf Tournament in Cross Lake, MN. We have taken the trophy home twice now.

Q: What is your handicap?
A: 4.8

Q: How often do you work out?
A: 4-5 days a week, consistently since 8th grade.

FUN FACT: At one point, Brandon could bench over 500lbs!

Q: It sounds like you are a family man.
A: We spend a lot of time doing things as a family. My wife and I like to have date nights at Friday Night Bingo at the Legion.
