  2. Question

    Thomas A Skala

we bought a winco model 35pto-3k generator in March 2021 from a neighbor and he said is works. we brought it home and tried it and the gauge went up to the shaded area. now December 2021 our power went out and we hooked the generator up gauge went up but no lights in house. we had electrician come out and turned out to be something in our eletrical box and after fixing it, we started the generator back up and we have nothing on the gauge. we replaced the brushes and still nothing. do we have to flash the fields to get it to work. what are the ohm reading if we test it and if we Flash the fields how is it done? can you explain it to me and also send a diagram of what we need to touch when flashing the fields. Thank you, Tom
